Dancing Owls Ballet Studio is a warm and fun ballet school dedicated to inspiring a lifelong love of dance in children while developing confidence, discipline, creativity, and a passion for dance and growing as an individual. We provide a positive, encouraging environment where every dancer is supported to grow at their own pace and celebrate their individual achievements.

Annemé Fouché

Our classes cater for children from 4 years of age through to high school, offering ballet classes from Beginner to Intermediate and Advanced levels. Each class is structured to develop correct ballet technique, musicality, flexibility, coordination and most importantly self-confidence while also having a ton of fun with fellow dancers.
Throughout the year, dancers have opportunities to perform at community events and an annual concert, as well as non-compulsory examinations and technique assessments, allowing them to develop their abilities at their own pace, while sharing their passion with others. Students are recognized annually with a participation certificate and a commemorative medal in celebration of their commitment, perseverance, dedication, and personal growth throughout the year.

What makes Dancing Owls Ballet Studio unique is that we place our focus on personal growth, confidence building, happy children, and fostering a genuine love for dance and for one another. While we strive to develop strong technique, we believe that a child’s joy, character, and self-belief are far more important than chasing achievements or meeting the world’s idea of what a “perfect” dancer should look like or be. Our goal is to nurture confident, kind, passionate young people who carry the lessons they learn in the studio with them throughout life.

    Dancing Owls have given my grandchildren Jaylin and Christina an opportunity to experience the world of arts which would not be possible in the community that we live in.
